All Orders placed before 4 pm will be delivered on the next day.
Orders placed after 4 pm will be delivered the day after the next day( for example: an order placed on Monday at 5 pm would be delivered on Wednesday)
Sundays are off for the courier and no shipments will be delivered on Sundays.
Delivery is free for all orders with an order value above 299 AED.
All orders are subject to product availability.
Shipping
If an item in your order is unavailable, we will inform you immediately, and if you agreed we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available, ship you the rest of your order. Shipping charges for your order are non-refundable and based on the load of the things you order and your location. The date of delivery for your goods may differ due to carrier shipping performs, delivery place, method of delivery, and the number of items ordered, and in accumulation, your order may be delivered in separate shipments.
Digital Goods Download
Upon receiving your order, you will either encouraged to start your download instantly, or you will receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download. If you are driven to initiate your download instantly, your completion of the download will found the delivery to you of the item(s) you bought. If you get an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download, the acceptance by you of the e-mail will found delivery by us to you of the items) you bought.
In case you are inept to download the items) you bought or if you do not receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download, contact us within 5-days from the date of your order. If you don’t contact us within 5 days from the date of your buy, the item(s) you bought will be considered received, downloaded, and distributed to you.
Additional taxes and charges
Extra delivery charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes related to the deportment of your order, including sales tax, value-added tax, customs duties, and excise duties. If there is any damage to the stuff that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within five days of receiving your order.
