If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 15 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Please note that with a valid reason or damage with the product you are eligible to 100% return & exchange the item. But based on our policies, no refund will be arranged. The product must be in package conditions to proceed with a return & exchange.

- Head to the Contact page and fill the form. Quote your order number and list the items you wish to return.
- Our Customer Care team will email you to confirm that your return item has been received and will process the exchange.
- Returned items must be received within 10 days for UAE orders. Any returns received after the mentioned period will not be processed.
- Please note that only your first return/exchange is free. Additional returns will incur a shipping fee.
- Any items included but not listed in the returns request will not be accepted.
